All in-store items are shipped within 2 business days.

Please Note:  We do not ship Internationally.

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If by some chance you are not happy with your order

(and we hope not), we will accept returns after 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Return shipping is

covered by the customer unless the item is damaged, in which case POPTOPIA will cover the cost of the shipping.

Customers will receive their refunds after the items are returned.

Please note: Items that are labeled as “Blind Box” items may only be returned if the boxes are un-opened or

not tampered with. Please do not try to re-glue the box.
